This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User") and winsir Casino governing your access to and use of the winsir platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at winsir.asia. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual, winsir reserves the right to merge the accounts into one, suspend all accounts pending investigation, and void any winnings or bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts.

You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. winsir will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify winsir's customer support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. winsir may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting winsir customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements and withdrawal requests must be resolved. Any balance remaining after satisfying these requirements will be returned to your verified payment method within standard processing times.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winsir currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. winsir reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. There is no minimum for cryptocurrency deposits, though network fees apply.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time and credited to the Player's Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may require up to sixty (60) minutes for confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, the Player must contact support with the transaction reference number.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. 5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to PHP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
5.6 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. winsir will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
5.7 Transaction Fees. winsir does not charge fees for standard GCash and bank withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, for which winsir is not responsible.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. 11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In all circumstances, winsir's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any winnings or bonus funds.
11.4 Player Responsibility. Players access and use the winsir Platform at their own risk. Gambling involves risk of financial loss. winsir does not guarantee that any Player will win money using the Platform. Upon Account termination due to breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited at winsir's discretion. Deposited real-money funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following any applicable investigation period.

13.1 Informal Resolution. 13.2 Formal Dispute Process. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to winsir's compliance team. winsir will respond in writing within fifteen (15) business days. The written response constitutes winsir's final position on the matter.
13.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Recourse. Players who remain dissatisfied following winsir's formal complaint process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority with jurisdiction over winsir's operations in the Philippines.
13.4 Governing Law. These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
13.5 Game Outcome Disputes. All game outcomes are recorded in winsir's server logs. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, winsir's server records shall be the definitive and binding record of the game result.

Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email, in-Account notification, or a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 3.5.
